DESCRIPTION

The training module on “Eco-friendly International Standards, Cultural  Heritage, Nature, and Environment as Eco-Tourism Value” is designed to provide participants with a holistic understanding of how eco-tourism, international standards, cultural heritage, and the preservation of nature and the environment intersect to create sustainable and enriching tourism experiences. Ecotourism promotes the values of nature a cultural heritage preservation, the maintenance of the social fabric and the wellbeing of local communities, the benefits of taking pleasure in nature and participating in local tourism. It raises awareness and promotes knowledge about the environment on a global level.

This module is focused on:

  • Sustainable Management Principles and its Economic Aspects to Cultural Heritage and Nature
  • Eco-Development Systems and Technologies to Local Cultural Heritage, Nature and Destinations
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Compliance to International Tourism Standards and Good Practices

The aim of this training is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to lead and manage organizations in a manner that promotes sustainability, minimizes environmental impact, and maximizes economic and social benefits in the context of eco-tourism and cultural heritage. By focusing on eco-friendly international standards, cultural heritage, nature, and the environment, the training aims to foster a deeper understanding of the principles that underpin responsible and eco-conscious tourism.

CERTIFICATION
