DESCRIPTION
The training module on “Eco-friendly International Standards, Cultural Heritage, Nature, and Environment as Eco-Tourism Value” is designed to provide participants with a holistic understanding of how eco-tourism, international standards, cultural heritage, and the preservation of nature and the environment intersect to create sustainable and enriching tourism experiences. Ecotourism promotes the values of nature a cultural heritage preservation, the maintenance of the social fabric and the wellbeing of local communities, the benefits of taking pleasure in nature and participating in local tourism. It raises awareness and promotes knowledge about the environment on a global level.
